Introduction: Two New Habits

All right, welcome to week four. So, this week, we are rounding out our awareness month and we’re doing that with two new habits. The first habit is all about starch. Now, we’ve been talking about start already, we’ve talked about it in terms of the vegetables.

So, when we look at the continuum of vegetables that we can divide vegetables up into starchy vegetables and non-starchy vegetables. But this week, what I also want you to do is start to notice how many servings of starch you’re eating on a regular basis. So, the serving of starch that you’re going to be looking at would fit into a cupped hand.

So not a lot actually, and so that’s what we’re going to do as far as your nutrition and lifestyle habit goes and then as far as your other more mindset type habit goes, we’re going to be talking about what’s called the think feel act cycle or what’s called the model you can use them in exchange of one another.

In this chapter today, we’re going to be talking a lot about the think, feel, act cycle, how we create our own results and also start the process. Now, this is going to be one of the biggest tools that we’re going to use within this program. So, we’re going to start the process of awareness and we’ve already started doing that a little bit with the thought downloads.

Now, we’re going to take those thought downloads to the next step by putting them into a model so that we can see how those unconscious or subconscious thoughts that we have really influence how we look at the world around us. And then next week, just doing a little foreshadowing here, we’re going to look at how to change our results. All right?

So, we’re rounding out our month of awareness next month or next week rather, we are going to start talking about goals and vision setting and everything that is looking towards the future, all right?
