Okay. So week one, we are going to be talking all about awareness. In all of month one, we’re going to be talking about awareness. And so the best place to start in terms of awareness is thinking about what’s called a body scan. And the other piece that we’re going to be talking about today is water intake. Now, one of the resources that are in the general program resource section is called the eight basic habits.
The eight basic habits that healthy people do is an amazing resource. It is the foundation of my work one-on-one with clients and actually what I’ve built this program on. And so I’m going to invite you to. Use the guide and checklist, in order to track, not just your water, which is going to be what we’re going to be talking about today in another video, but to track all of your healthy habits.
And there’s a podcast that goes along with that as well. So, What I wanted to do was just introduce the two different habits that you’re going to be focusing on this week and then, create separate videos for those. So take a look at those. So again, we’re doing, water this week and body scan.
