Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please let me know that you can’t make our call at least 12 hours before the start of your appointment. When you cancel before the 12 hour window, you get 2 choices: reschedule or cancel outright.
1. Cancelled Appointments: You’ll receive an appointment credit. You can use that credit to double up appointments for any week, or I can hold that appointment to the end of your contract & you can use it then. (this also applies to vacations that you or I take)
2. Rescheduling: Please use the appointment confirmation link that you receive when the appointment was created or 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule your call. Of course, if you know that you need to reschedule an appointment, we can do that on a call. However, I’m kindly requesting that you not text me with rescheduling requests unless you can’t find a time with my online calendar. If you can not find a time that works for you within my scheduler, then please text or email – I will do my best to reschedule our appointment so that it works for both of our schedules. If we can’t make it work, you’ll receive an appointment credit. You can use that credit to double up appointments for any week, or I can hold that appointment to the end of your contract & you can use it then.
* Just a note that my schedule tends to get less flexible as the week progresses. The more notice you have, the better result we’ll have of finding a time that works for us.
3. Rescheduling/Cancelling within the 12 hour window: If the request is within the 12 hours, I will do my best to reschedule our appointment for within the following 5 days. If we are unable to find a mutually beneficial time, the appointment is forfeited. Appointments are immediately forfeited if you do not show up for the appointment or notify me after the start of the appointment.
