All right, welcome to week 23. That’s amazing! You’ve made it through almost six months of this program. Congratulations!
So, in this week, what we’re doing is we’re just wrapping up some loose ends. We’re talking about discipline; we’re talking a little bit about time management. And we’re also talking about something called the capacity to have or success intolerance.
Now, what that’s about being able to be at your goal weight for long-term. We don’t want you to gain that weight back again. So, that’s what I have for you here today. So, yeah, that’s it. I’ll see you in the next video.
