Introduction: Building More Self-Trust & Consistency
All right, welcome to week number 22. So, in week number 22, what we’re talking about is silencing the inner critic. Okay. And really starting to trust ourselves because and I’ll let you know that what happens is we don’t trust ourselves to show ourselves love and respect on the other side of taking a risk.
So, if we can silence our inner critic, if we can trust ourselves, have the self-trust so that we don’t talk negatively to ourselves, about ourselves on the other side of not being successful. Then, we are going to be so much more willing to take risks, to try to fail, to do things that we wouldn’t have otherwise done. Because what happens is the reason that we’re afraid to fail is because of that self-talk on the other side.
And so, the only way to excel and to do more, and be better, and move outside of our comfort zone is to take risks. And when we take risks, we risk failure. And so, it’s all tied up there. All right? So, silencing the inner critic is going to be huge.
The other thing that we’re talking about today is becoming more fit. Okay. So, we’re going back to fitness, and I just want to share with you how you can create more fitness. Because what happens is, as we become more fit, our body becomes more efficient. And what we used to do, doesn’t work the same anymore.
So, I’m just sharing some words of wisdom for you on that and I’m getting a little ‘science-y’. But that’s all I have for you in this video. So, I’ll see you in the next one. Bye-bye.
